“Ephraim has been flying commercially for over 10 years. He has flying experience in various fields including fire fighting, oil and gas, forestry and electronic news gathering. He moved to Canada 11 years ago from Switzerland to fly in the great wilderness of Canada. When he’s not in the sky he enjoys traversing the ground off-roading to find new trails in the wilds of BC with his wife and two children.”

"Azam has been with JoinAir since 2021 and has seen it expand into becoming one of the leading flight training units in British Columbia. Azam brings over 13 years of flying experience as a former bush pilot in northern BC, a ferry pilot across North America, and also commercial airline pilot on small turbo-prop aircraft including aircraft such as the Piaggio Avanti, Dash 8-Q400 and turbo-jet aircraft up to the Citation Bravo and 737-MAX. His passion is to break instructing norms, teach by example, and positively reinforce JoinAir students into becoming the most professional and equipped pilots in the industry and not just another student who meets the minimum knowledge threshold to pass a flight test." 

"Ray has a very laid-back, relaxed personality, and is a highly experienced commercial pilot, operating in the industry for more than 40 years. He’s gone from flying medium to light helicopters through BC’s beautiful mountains, to being operational manager of helicopter companies, then to a slower pace of flight instructing for the last 10 years. There is no better instructor to receive a licence from! When Ray’s not flying he can be found at his home in Kamloops doing renovations or helping his kids with their renovations!"
