About the program

Night Rating - AERO

Is there just not enough light in the day for your flying needs? Don’t let that stop you, get a Night Rating!

​

The course consists of 10 hours of dual instrument time and 10 hours of night flying, 5 hours dual and 5 hours solo. You will learn the different techniques and skills required to maneuver the world of darkness. Student will also learn the best practices to perform cross country night flights, approaches, departures, and the required simulated emergencies as part of the rating.

  • Minimum of 20 hours of flight training which includes

  • 10 hours of night flight time

  • 5 hours dual

  • 5 hours solo (including 2 hours of cross-country)

  • 10 hours dual instrument time
